Lindsay's 14

On June 13th Lindsay turned 14. She is a trooper, for the past two years she has spent her birthday at one of Logan's baseball tournaments. I can't believe that she is growing up so fast. I'm very grateful that Heavenly Father sent her to me. Having 3 brothers she has learned how to take care of herself. I hope that she always remembers that she is a sweet and special young lady. She is truly beautiful inside and out. I love you Lindsay!! Happy Birthday!!BEAUTIFUL!

Last day of middle school.
Her 1st pageant. Summer 2008

Landon's birthday

Landon turned 11 on May 27th. This year he had a lot of celebrations!! On his birthday we went to the beach.

That night we had our family celebration.
We also went to a Japanese restruant to celebrate a friends son birthday, we surprised Landon and they also sang to him and brought him some dessert. I love the look on his face.
Then he finally had his swimming party. L-R Jason, Dylan, Austin, Landon & Dylan.
For his birthday Rusty, Logan and Landon went to see the Braves play and he also got a cell phone. Happy Birthday! I can't believe that my baby is 11!!

Awards

The kids finished up the school year with great grades and some really nice awards! Lindsay and Landon made straight A's and Logan had all A's and a B in math. These are the awards that Lindsay received from the chorus banquet. The Tri-M National was the highest award given out that night.

All of her awards.
Mrs. Lawanda Allen, the best chorus teacher in the world!!! She really taught Lindsay a lot over the past three years.
Getting her school awards.
Landon getting his awards.
Logan at the baseball banquet. They had all of the players stand up for each team that they played on (9th, JV & Varsity). Logan got to stand up all three times.
This is the award that Logan received, he was very surprised. This means that he probably will be playing for the varsity team next year.

Catching Up!

Lindsay made the varsity cheerleading squad for the high school. She is also going to be cheering for the JV games. Landon has been having a great season with his tournament team. He even played in Lexington and was able to have some family come watch him play. They came in second place in that tournament.

Logan had a great season playing high school ball. He was on the 9th grade team and also the JV team. After their games were over the varsity team still had about 4 games left to play. The coach called Logan and asked him to come and dress out for the last few varsity games.
